Note that I reference not to eat "carbohydrates," after 6:00 pm by that I am referring to traditional carbohydrates such as breads, pastas etc..technically not all carbohydrates. In the video I recommend to eat vegetables (classified as carbohydrates) and kidney beans with a lean protein source.

Fist of all, thanks a lot for this video. As you can see, my wrote english is poor, but my heard english is poorer... So, could you write the ingredients you put in the pan? I could´n understand you... And by the way, I cannot find in any market the "caloriesless oil". Is it made from any special vegetable? I could search for "Oil from...". Thanks a lot again.
